Foxy Brown defends herself yesterday after the recent flap in a Florida shop.
Foxy Brown may be one sexy rapper, but she doesn't like getting caught with her pants down.

The curvy hip-hop star yesterday claimed she was dragged half-naked out of the rest room of a Florida beauty supply shop and picked on by cops - because she's black.

"I was exposed from the waist down on the toilet," said Brown, flanked by two Brooklyn politicians at Brown Memorial Baptist Church in Clinton Hill.

"The only crime I'm guilty of is being a young black woman."

Brown, 27, whose real name is Inga Marchand, defended herself two days before she heads back into a Manhattan courtroom, where she faces up to a year in jail for violating her probation. She was supposed to stay out of trouble after whacking two manicurists with a cell phone in a Chelsea salon in 2004.

Even though cops say she spat on the Florida shopkeeper and resisted arrest, Brown insisted she's not coming unglued.

"We're doing excellent in anger management," said Brown, who wore a sea-green top with matching eyeliner and open-toe leopard print sandals. "Couldn't be better."

Brown's latest diva disaster unfolded a day after Valentine's Day, when she and an actress friend made a pit stop at the shop in Pembroke Pines, Fla.

The rap star said she made a beeline for the rest room when nature called.

Brown said shopkeeper Hayssam Ghoneim refused to let her finish doing her business and dragged her out without even letting her pull up her drawers.

"I had to get dressed in front of a total stranger," she said.

But Ghoneim insisted he asked Brown to come out of the rest room because he was closing the store for the day and she was wasting time trying to reattach a portion of her elaborate wig.

He said she spat on him, and his lawyer claimed that a surveillance video shows the rest room door was open the whole time.

Cops say Brown, who was charged with resisting an officer and simple battery, scuffled with police in the parking lot.

Brown now faces a Thursday court hearing where authorities will claim she violated her probation by leaving the state without permission and getting arrested. She already landed in hot water for chewing gum in court and getting into a fight at anger management class.

"She should be in jail," said Jack Ryan, a spokesman for the city Probation Department.
